Anal Circus KPopp is the first son of Anorexia KPopp, and a grandson of Kelly KPopp. He was kicked out as a child, along with Pig Shanks and Red Bull, in Episode 28 to make room for more babies. Hopefully we will see him again one day, as KPopp is starting to make sure all of the KPopps have at least one child.
