Cheesy Vagina is the first female child of Aunt Ana, born in Episode 15 with her twin Squishy. She is the oldest but was second to be aged up.
When she was aged up she was given the mean trait, and because of this she started to play in the trash. Her older sister Vulva Smiles scolded her for this.
She actually does look kinda mean.
