Sharla KPopp is one of Anorexia's children and the twin sister of Jerry KPopp. She has blonde hair like her father and currently lives with her mother although, presumably due to a glitch, KPopp couldn't find her at the house at first. Not much is known about her or her brother as they have only had a few minutes screen time, none of which was in the active KPopp family.
